Reminders for Participants:

• Only the registered name as entered into and confirmed by our system will be honoured. 
• Conference fee is non-refundable. 
• Conference fee must be paid in full.
• Bank Transfer fee is not included in the conference fee. 
• Link for the virtual conference will be given to paid registrants only. Once payment is confirmed, kindly expect an email from us for the link and password to access all 5 plenary sessions, 12 break-out sessions and the opening / closing ceremonies for 60 days!

Once you have successfully paid the conference fee, kindly send us the deposit slip for verification.  Confirmation email will be sent to once the PRCTH Secretariat has received the fully completed registration form and full payment has been verified.

Alternative Payment Option for foreign / group participants:

Group payment option is available for foreign and local participants. After successfully paying the conference fees and bank transfer fees, kindly email us the deposit slip along with the list of registered participants for verification.
